1. Scope of Service
LiiFoo is a B2B industrial-materials sourcing platform connecting global buyers with verified Chinese factories. We facilitate quotations, supplier verification, inspection, and logistics coordination. We are an intermediary, not the manufacturer of the materials.
2. Quotes & Pricing
- All prices, lead times, and MOQs are reference figures and subject to confirmation by the supplying factory.
- A formal proforma invoice governs each order; these Terms do not constitute a binding offer.
3. Orders & Payment
- Orders are confirmed upon signed proforma invoice and received deposit (typically 30% T/T, balance before shipment, or as agreed).
- Accepted trade terms: EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP as specified per order.
4. Quality & Inspection
Pre-shipment inspection by SGS/BV/TÜV or our QC team is available and recommended. Claims for non-conforming goods must be raised within 14 days of receipt with supporting evidence.
5. Shipping & Customs
Buyers are responsible for import licenses, duties, and customs clearance in the destination country unless DDP terms apply. Transit times are estimates.
6. Intellectual Property
All site content, branding, and databases are the property of LiiFoo. Supplier and product data may not be redistributed commercially without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiiFoo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific order in question.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes are resolved by negotiation, then arbitration in Shenzhen.
