    吸湿性是两者最大的分水岭。PA66 分子链中的酰胺基团亲水,饱和吸湿后拉伸强度下降约 30%,尺寸膨胀 0.5%–2%,但冲击韧性反而提升 2–3 倍。POM 吸水率仅为 PA66 的 1/5,在潮湿环境中尺寸几乎不变,这也是精密齿轮、卡扣件首选 POM 的核心原因。

    耐热性方面 PA66 上限更高。玻纤增强 PA66(如 PA66-GF30)的 HDT 可达 240°C 以上,广泛用于发动机周边件;POM 超过 110°C 后强度快速衰减,且加工温度窗口窄(超过 230°C 易分解释放甲醛),不适合高温场景。

    2. 使用温度长期高于 100°C → PA66(优先玻纤增强牌号)。
    3. 滑动摩擦件 → POM;若需进一步降摩擦,选含 PTFE 改性牌号。
    4. 承受冲击或振动载荷 → PA66,吸湿后韧性优势明显。
    5. 接触融雪剂/无机盐环境 → 避开 PA66,改用 POM 或 PA12。
    6. 批量采购前务必索取 TDS 和批次 COA,并按 ISO 294 标准样条复测关键指标;对进口替代牌号,建议先做 500–1000 件小批量装机验证。
