About Our Dental Materials Business
The LiiFoo Dental Materials Division — an ISO 13485 manufacturer and exporter of dental CAD/CAM consumables, working with laboratories, milling centres and OEM brands in 60+ countries.
LiiFoo is a materials supplier, not a dental brand. We do not sell chairs, scanners or practice software. What we do is manufacture and source the consumable half of the dental laboratory bench — the blanks, the wax, the stone and the finishing tools — under a medical-device quality system, and get them to a laboratory’s door with the paperwork its own quality process requires.
What We Do
Dental CAD/CAM Materials
Zirconia blocks, PMMA blanks, milling wax and dental gypsum produced under ISO 13485, with lot-level testing and certificates of analysis.
Finishing and Consumables
Diamond, carbide and ceramic burs and polishing systems matched to the materials we supply, so the finishing sequence is specified rather than improvised.
Private Label Production
Blocks and consumables manufactured to your brand, your shade targets and your packaging, on the same lines and under the same quality system.
How We Work
- Specification before price. We will tell you what grade your indication needs before we tell you what it costs. If a cheaper grade will do the job, we will say so — the second order matters more than the first.
- One quality system across all lines. Every product family is governed by the same ISO 13485 quality management system, which means one audit conversation instead of five.
- Batch evidence, not brochure claims. Values are stated per lot and shipped with the goods. When your customer or your assessor asks for the number, it exists as a record.
- Samples before volume. We expect a laboratory to validate a material on its own mill before it commits. Trial quantities are a normal part of the process, not a favour.
