Product Lines
Five material families covering the dental laboratory’s consumable bench: zirconia, PMMA, milling wax, gypsum and finishing tools — one supplier for the whole bill of materials.
A dental laboratory buys from a short list of categories every month, and the cost of sourcing each from a different supplier is not the price per unit — it is five purchase orders, five shipping documents, five quality conversations and five sets of certificates to file. Every line below is manufactured or sourced under the same ISO 13485 quality system and documented the same way, so a single order covers the bench.
The Five Lines
Zirconia Blocks
HT, HS and multilayer grades for open CAD/CAM systems. Flexural strength 650–1,200 MPa; ISO 6872; compatibility across 3Shape, Sirona, Wieland, Amann Girrbach, Roland DG and IMES-ICORE.
PMMA Resins
Temporary and long-term provisional blanks, flexural strength 100–130 MPa, full VITA classical shade range including bleach. ISO 20795-1.
CAD/CAM Wax
Blue, red and green milling wax billet for lost-wax casting and try-in. Linear shrinkage below 0.8%, ash content below 0.05%.
Gypsum Models
Type III, IV and V dental stone to ISO 6873. Setting expansion from ≤0.20% down to ≤0.10% for implant-level precision work.
Burs & Polishing
Diamond, carbide and ceramic tools at 15–150 µm, plus a three-step zirconia polishing system that restores the sintered surface.
OEM / Private Label
Your brand, your shade targets, your dimensions and packaging — produced on the same lines as our standard range. MOQ from 500 units.

Supply Formats and Ordering
- Blank and puck formats — diameter and thickness selectable per line; non-standard step geometries can be produced to drawing.
- Sample orders — we ship evaluation quantities so a laboratory can run a trial case before committing to a volume order.
- Mixed pallets — combining lines into one shipment reduces freight per unit and simplifies customs clearance.
- Repeatability — the grade you qualify on the first order is the grade you receive on the twentieth, with a lot certificate each time.
