Insights & Product Guides
Technical articles and plain-language product introductions for laboratories specifying dental CAD/CAM materials — written so a decision can be made from them, and found when you search for the question.
Every article here answers one question in full: which grade, which specification, which workflow, which restriction. Every product introduction tells you exactly what we need in order to quote accurately the first time. No filler, no keyword padding — the test is whether you could act on it.

Each product line has a full introduction covering the material, the key specifications, the supply formats and the workflow notes that matter in practice. Start here if you are not yet sure which line fits what you are making.
Zirconia Blocks
HT, HS and multilayer grades for open CAD/CAM systems. Flexural strength 650–1,200 MPa, translucency 35–49%, sintered to ISO 6872 with a batch-specific shrinkage factor.
PMMA Resins
Temporary and long-term provisional blanks, flexural strength 100–130 MPa, full VITA classical shade range including bleach. ISO 20795-1.
CAD/CAM Wax
Blue, red and green milling wax for lost-wax casting and try-in. Linear shrinkage below 0.8%, ash content below 0.05%, grade matched to the burnout schedule.
Gypsum Models
Type III, IV and V dental stone and die stone to ISO 6873, with setting expansion from ≤0.20% down to ≤0.10% for implant-level precision work.
Burs & Polishing
Diamond, carbide and ceramic tools at 15–150 µm, plus a three-step zirconia polishing system that restores the sintered surface.
Private Label & OEM
Your brand, shade targets, blank dimensions and packaging — produced on the same lines under the same quality system.
